Be it pleasing the board members, the stockholders, Wall Street, diversity quotas, etc.And then you have the small to medium businesses. They see the ad campaigns of these big companies, and think “well since the big dogs are doing it…”“We should too!”Avoiding this simple mistake will put you above your competitors, but this alone doesn’t guarantee you success.Let me tell you how you can write ads that will ACTUALLY get you results.First question: Why are you reading this?Well, you might be looking to make your next marketing campaign. And the headline promised you a reward if you read this ad to the end.This is actually the bread and butter in making your first working ad. The “headline”“But how important is the headline?”Imagine an automobile, what percentage is better when it runs beautifully, compared to one that doesn’t run at all?The same thing goes for headlines. One can be an utter failure in accomplishing its purpose: To induce people in reading the body matter (Copy) of the ad. And another headline can work like magic, enticing thousands of readers into an ad whose copy moves people into taking action, and thus gives YOU customers.There are many ways to create a working headline, but they’re all the same if we boil it down.“What’s in it for me?”They must KNOW that there’s a reward for them at the end, just by reading the headline alone. What burden are they having on their shoulders? Are the constipated? Basically, why should they even consider your product?Let’s make sure to answer these two questions, if not…
